We recently completed a home purchase and sold our condo with Terri Thacker as our realtor. The experience with Terri was exceptional. This is the 2nd time we have used Terri, and there is no question that we would use her again. In fact, several family members have all used Terri over the last 4 years in their real estate transactions; that in of itself speaks volumes about the tremendous service Terri provides. She is more than a realtor, she is a trusted advisor in one of the most important events in your life. She is the consummate professional, excellent communicator and knows her craft extremely well. Terri kept our best interests in mind throughout the process of selling our condo and purchasing our home. She is generous with her time and always responsive to our calls and/or emails, even over the Christmas holidays! We are relatively new to the Sarasota area, and we sincerely appreciate the time Terri took to show us a variety of neighborhoods over several months. She did an excellent job deciphering what our needs and wants were in a home. Not only is Terri a professional and knowledgeable realtor, she is also kind, caring, warm, patient, and personable. We loved spending time with her!

We originally started our search many years ago while we were living in Massachusetts. After covid, we decided to move down but rented for a year then moved back home when we found out we were pregnant to be closer to family. Turns out we really missed the weather! We contacted Terri and we started searching again. Terri showed us multiple houses, but when she showed us a particular one, we knew it was the one. With a rough move down here (in an RV, with my in-laws), we are finally home! Terri is always professional, caring, and honest. She took a lot of time to do research in the neighborhood making sure it was safe for a family with a toddler and two dogs. Terri is a fantastic real estate agent and an even more wonderful person!

My beloved Aunt passed away and left her loved ones with a house for me to sell. Where do I begin? I live 3,000 miles away from the property, home needed an upgrade, and issues arose day to day. Terri never left my side, never failed to return a call, and lent support beyond the pale. With her tireless efforts, I discovered an agent who treated my Aunt's home as if it was her own. Over time, I began to think of her as more of a friend. She lent support, and no task was too small or too large to not take on. Did I mention how enthusiastic and uplifting she is? In February 2024, my husband and I sat with the incredible,Terri Thacker, at the closing of our new home. It had been almost three years, since Terri started on a journey with us to find that special retirement home. We began in April of 2021, with a second year of Covid going strong. Terri began driving me around the Sarasota area for a week. She was such a pleasure to be with, as she never tried to force any particular subdivision or builder in our week together. She listened carefully, to my desires and kept driving until we found that place that met all my specifications and signed a contract. A month later, Terri, helped me pick out a lot with walking several times up and down the street and in areas behind the lots. Then she happily, walked it again in the hot sun with my husband. But then, Covid struck hard and the builder lost sub-contractors, which delayed the building of the home. Due to living 700 miles away, traveling was very, hard to do with restrictions, so Terri took upon herself to check on the house many times during the building process. Her unwavering dedication to us was amazing. Then she performed multiple walk throughs with the project manager and me, on Zoom, looking at each room. But her exemplary client service did not stop there, she went through the home again, with a home inspector and again, with us, before closing. She knew our home better than we did. For almost three years, she kept in touch regularly, she sent Thanksgiving, Christmas and Birthday cards for those years and whenever, I was sick. Her sweet, kind and thoughtful, demeanor, is a testament to what kind of person she is, but her professional skills as a real estate agent, are unmatched. But now, in addition to all the accolades above, I think of Terri, as my dear friend, whom I truly, admire.
